Well, now that almost a whole month has passed, I am finally getting around to posting Shelby's birthday pictures. We were so glad that Na-Na and Jimdaddy were here to celebrate with us. We went to Chili's for dinner, then came home and let Shelby open her gifts. She was excited to receive a cell phone, money for her bedroom makeover, and many other special gifts. The weekend following her birthday, Shelby, and her friends Annah Beth and Julia, spent the night at the Auburn Hotel and Conference Center on campus. Of course I tagged along too. Shelby won a gift certificate while at DARE camp this summer for a free nights stay and Sunday Brunch. It was very nice. They even upgraded our room to a suite. We went to Cheeburger Cheeburger on Saturday night and then swam in the hotel pool. Sunday we were treated to an amazing brunch complete with a jazz band. It was definitely a weekend to remember!
