Aubrey got her cast off yesterday! The x-rays showed that the bone had completely healed. We are so thankful that she got a good report. She adapted to her cast amazingly well and was able to walk, march, and even jump with it on. Now that she has it off, she still walks with a limp, and the doctor said she probably would for a couple of weeks. He said that her leg will still be a little sore, and she will also just have to get used to walking normally again. I have a feeling she will be running around again in no time.

It was wonderful to be able to give her a real bath last night! She did not care for the sponge baths at all. I let her stay in the tub for about 30 minutes. I know it had to feel so good.
