Upwards

All three of the big girls are participating in Upwards this year. Laney is cheerleading and Marlee and Shelby are playing basketball. The season started two Saturdays ago and continues for the next six Saturdays. Laney's games are in the morning, Marlee's in the afternoon, and Shelby's in the evenings, so it definitely makes for a full day. Cary and I try to switch out and take turns going to their games so we don't have to drag Aubrey out all day, especially when it's so cold. I went to Laney's first game and was able to get some good pictures, but I snapped these shots of Marlee and Shelby as they were walking out the door. Hopefully, I'll get some better ones of them this week.

Christmas Day

Okay, so I'm finally posting our Christmas pictures. Sorry it took so long. Anyway, we had a wonderful time celebrating together. The girls were happy with all of their gifts and we are all especially thankful for Jesus, the best gift of all!

Christmas Eve

Cary's parents joined us in Auburn for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. We always enjoy spending time with Na-Na and Jimdaddy.

Christmas in Rome, Georgia

Now that we are almost 10 days into the new year, I am finally blogging about our Christmas. We celebrated with May-May and Paw-Paw on December 20th, the Sunday before Christmas. Joe and Julie and their families were there, and a great time was had by all. Check back in the next day or so, and hopefully I will have Christmas Eve and Christmas Day posted too.
